You earn from 2 separate Pay Plans; a 2x10 forced matrix and from a Pass-Up System. 

People are placed in a 2x10 matrix following their sponsor. You will earn $1 per month for every position that is placed in your matrix. As months go by your matrix will have more positions filled. A complete matrix earns you $2048 per month.

You will pass-up your 2nd and 4th referral to your sponsor. You keep every referral from your 5th referral to infinity. Each of your referrals will be passing up their 2nd and 4th referral up to you. These referrals that were passed up to you will do the same by passing up their 2nd and 4th referral up to you. This duplication of referrals continues to infinity. You will earn $45 per month for each referral that is coded to you. I suggest that you build wide and then deep. Month 2
